To make a booking please get in contact with us via telephone or our online inquiry form so we can check availability for your dates and confirm prices. We are always happy to advise you on what will best suit your needs. All of our packages are flexible so you can add additional equipment to the basic packages to get exactly what you need.

We can only confirm your booking when we have received payment. For orders under £750 full payment is required to confirm the booking. For orders over £750 you can pay a 50% deposit which will hold your booking with the balance forteen days before your event. For any bookings made within two weeks of the event date then full payment will be required. Payments can be made via bacs or through our safe online Hire Shop.

Damage Deposit
All orders require a damage deposit of £200 and this can be paid at the time of delivery or pickup from the depot. This can be paid by card or via bank transfer and will cover as many items as you like within the hire package. This deposit will be returned to you when we collect or you return all the equipment in the condition it was in at the time of delivery/collection. If any equipment has been lost or stolen while in your possession we will deduct the cost of repair or replacement from the damage deposit.

Delivery & Set-Up Service
If you do not have the time to pick up the equipment or do not have large enough transport then we can provide a delivery service where we drop off and collect your rental equipment. For local delivery and collection, within Exeter, the charge is £25 each way. For locations further afield we charge an additional 75p per mile. In addition to the delivery /collection service, we also provide a setup service where all the equipment will be arranged where you want it and optimized to the surroundings ensuring you have the best sound possible for your venue.
